About me
Builder by upbringing. Project manager by trade.
I was born in Peru into a family of builders. My parents lived for their businesses, and the interest passed on to me. Today I help companies in the United States and beyond grow by managing their goals as projects.

The short version
Every business is a construction site in disguise.
After moving to Lima to study, I discovered how large companies really work, and I started building my career inside national companies and large projects. Soon I was part of megaprojects, managing contracts and teams on programs that exceeded $100M.
When my family and I decided to set our destiny in the United States, I started again: education, healthcare construction, technology and operations. Since 2019 I have followed local companies and business opportunities closely, managed companies in education, technology, construction and staffing, and advised startups.
The conclusion is simple and I keep seeing it proved: any company can reach success, big or small, if it concentrates on completing its internal projects. That is Project Focus.
